The COMPASS symposium will host up to 60 researchers. The organizing committee has invited 30 distinguished speakers, and we are thrilled to offer the remaining 30 free participation slots on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage attendees to contribute actively, with up to 4 slots available for overview talks (30 minutes each), up to 8 slots for research highlight talks (15 minutes each), and unlimited slots for poster presentations. To help cover the conference costs, a participation fee of €300 per person is required. This fee includes:

• Attendance at the symposium
• Daily coffee breaks (2 per day)
• Four lunches
• Three dinners, including one conference dinner in Bremen
• A social event: a guided tour of Bremen’s historic old city, preceding the conference dinner

The participation fee is payable on-site during registration at the HWK. To secure your spot, please complete your registration by January 31, 2025.. A detailed program will be shared once all presentation slots are filled.

Once the registration deadline has passed, you will receive an official invitation from the Hanse-Wissenschaftskolleg.
