For the processing of your order we need from you always the following information:

• Room no.
• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• Finance and cost centre
• Order description

Please make an appointment to discuss the development of new equipment or the modification of existing equipment. We will work with you to check the feasibility of your project and draw up the concept.

As the client, you will always be involved during the development phase. The same applies to the construction phase through to the final product.

The time frame up to the finished product depends on the type and scope of the project.

In the case of repairs to special equipment, you hand this over to our acceptance centre. You will receive a notification upon completion.
