In particular, all harmful, explosive, highly flammable and oxidising residues should be completely removed before the equipment is handed over.
In order to process your order quickly, we need the following information from you:
- Surname, first name
- organisational unit
- Room no.
- Telephone number
- e-mail address
- Finance and cost centre
- Order description
Please complete the order form and submit it to us together with the defective equipment.
You can also come directly to our reception (room W 3 0-125) during our opening hours and we will fill out the form for you.
