Note:
Please ensure that the laboratory equipment is free of harmful substances and cleaned before delivery. In this way, any consequential damage to the health of our employees can be avoided.
The same applies to the acceptance of old equipment.
In order to process your order quickly, we need the following information from you:
- Surname, first name
- organisational unit
- Room no.
- Telephone number
- e-mail address
- Finance and cost centre
- Order description
During our opening hours, you can come directly to our acceptance centre (room W 3 0-147) and bring the defective appliance with you. We will then record your details and data.
For larger and non-transportable appliances and systems, please arrange an appointment with us on site at the defective appliance/system.
