Timeliness and urgency are often at odds with each other. However, we always endeavour to process orders as promptly as possible.

Orders are accepted via our technical office (see contact). There you will receive further information about the processing of your individual order.
The following information is required so that we can process your order quickly:
Your contact details:
- Name
- Telephone no.
- e-mail address
- Room no.
- Head of working group
- Organisational unit
- Finance centre
- Cost centre
Please note that we are unfortunately unable to accept any orders without this information.
Order-specific information about your order:
- Order specification / functional description
- If necessary, sketches or drawings, dxf data (for cuts), dimensions and quality specifications
- Desired quantity
Notes for customers who would like to provide their own 3D bending components
In order to be able to realise your orders as quickly as possible, we ask you to send or provide all files associated with the order.
The following general specifications should be taken into account in the design:
- Minimum leg length 10mm
- Bending strength of aluminium materials from 0.5mm to 5mm
- Bending strengths stainless steels from 0.5mm to 3mm
- Bending strengths of structural steels from 0.5mm to 3mm
- Bending length max. 2000mm
- For box-like bending components with 3 or 4 folded side parts the ratio of the base plate to the height of the folded side side panels is decisive.

Notes for customers who would like to provide their own 2D/3D files
In order to be able to realise your orders as quickly as possible, we ask you to provide all files associated with the order.
- If you work with Inventor, it is essential that you bring the following files must be brought to the personal consultation:
- .ipt - files
- .iam - files
- .idw - files
- .dxf - files (if necessary)
- Do you work with Catia or other CAD-programmes, you must the following files must be brought along:
- .ipt / .iam - files (.igs /.step /.sat - convert files beforehand)
- .dxf - files (if necessary)
- Incoming orders must always be discussed in person
- For more complex designs, we ask you to contact us before the start of the design phase contact us contact us before the start of the more effective planning
- In general Drawing derivations in printed form personally submitted in person
- Provided, in particular .idw - files or drawing derivations must be created in accordance with standards
