Dr. Shao-Yi Huang

Dr. Shao-Yi Huang has been a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Organization & Leadership at Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg since October 2025. Her research focuses on teamwork, creativity and innovation, and leadership.
