Worksheets
The Department of Vocational and Business Education is researching the potential of dynamic and interactive worksheets and developing specific material as part of courses and making it available to society. From a business didactics perspective, a dynamic and interactive worksheet is a "digital learning environment for business content (...) that
1) harmoniously combine tasks, texts, videos, tables, animations and links to other websites (integration function),
2) provide learners with immediate and comprehensive feedback for their task solution (feedback function),
3) allow learners to discover connections independently and actively by manipulating the presentations and content and to actively and independently construct ideas of concepts and objects (exploration and interaction function) and
4) visualise, make visible and/or represent changes to the content by the learners directly in their effects (visualisation and dynamisation function). "Berding et al. (2020, pp. 287-288)
Dynamic and interactive worksheets enable active, exploratory and experimental learning and have their roots in maths didactics. The worksheets developed at the department are based on the GeoGebra software and are available to all interested parties for use in the classroom.
