A wide variety of topics and high-calibre speakers, who were very personal and made interesting contributions, met with committed and enthusiastic participants. Managers, supervisors, coaches, mediators and psychotherapists came to shed light on topics relating to the conscious and unconscious background of communicative processes and dealing with conflict tensions in organisations. The special role of consultants in conflicts in organisations in interaction with psychodynamic team coaching of managers and the balance between intensity and distance in group coaching that needs to be taken into account was presented in a well-founded and practice-oriented manner on the basis of different perspectives.
