Change processes play a major role in many organisations. The three-year psychodynamic-systemic further education course "Supervision, Coaching and Organisational Development" at the C3L - Center for Lifelong Learning at the University of Oldenburg teaches how managers, employees and teams can be professionally supported in the event of challenges, conflicts or change processes.
The next advanced scientific training course under the scientific direction of PD Dr Joseph Rieforth begins in October and applications can be submitted until 31 March. Last week, the C3L said goodbye to 17 graduates. They support clients in ensuring the quality of their work, reflecting on their academic appointments and optimising team processes. The certificates also enable further certification with academic and professional organisations such as the German Society for Supervision and Coaching (DGSv) and the German Society for Systemic Therapy, Counselling and Family Therapy (DGSF).
