In March 2018, a second round of the academic further education programme "Management and Leadership in the Social Economy" will start, which qualifies students to successfully manage leadership tasks. The part-time further education programme was developed in close cooperation with the Diakonisches Werk der Ev.-Luth. Kirche in Oldenburg e.V. and is run by the Centre for Lifelong Learning (C3L) at the University of Oldenburg.
In the course of completing 11 face-to-face courses and a final colloquium, students acquire basic leadership and management skills in 12 months, which support subjects and managers in the health and social care sector in mastering the major challenges of everyday working life.
The C3L will be accepting registrations from 1 December 2017.

An information event will take place on Wednesday, 29 November 2017 at 6 p.m. on the university's Lifelong Learning Campus (Ammerländer Heerstraße 136) in room V03 0-002: Dr Annika Maschwitz, Academic Director of the programme, will present the further education programme and answer questions.
