Two online seminars at the C3L - Centre for Lifelong Learning at the University of Oldenburg are aimed at teachers in further education. On Friday and Saturday, 5 and 6 February, the focus will be on new teaching methods to increase motivation in learning groups. Interested parties can register for the event entitled "Teaching and learning methods for shaping group dynamics" until Thursday, 21 January. Another online seminar entitled "Learning with digital media - use, potential and obstacles" will take place at the end of February. Registration is possible until Friday, 5 February.

In the first seminar, freelance team trainer Maren Schleiff will present methods that break up the "daily learning routine" and make practising, repeating and applying them fun. The aim is to increase learners' self-efficacy. In doing so, it shows new ways of methodically enhancing one's own teaching and taking a fresh look at habits in dealing with learners.

The online seminar on digital media will take place on Friday and Saturday, 26 and 27 February and Saturday, 27 March. Karen Vogelpohl, research assistant at the Institute of Educational Sciences at the University of Oldenburg, will present various e-learning tools. Together with her, participants can plan and try out digitally supported learning scenarios and conduct their own mini-teaching session at the end.
