21 graduates have successfully completed the postgraduate contact course "Supervision, Coaching and Organisational Development - Psychodynamic-Systemic Action Models in Change Processes" at the University of Oldenburg's Centre for Lifelong Learning (C3L). The academic director of the degree programme, Privatdozent Dr Joseph Rieforth, honoured their achievements at a ceremony. The graduates, who work as subjects and managers in consulting fields in profit and non-profit organisations, have successfully completed six semesters of extra-occupational training. The science-based and practice-oriented degree programme, which has existed at the University of Oldenburg since 1994, offers a comprehensive theoretical and practical education with a wide range of methods based on a psychodynamic-systemic concept. The focus is on the promotion and development of a professional counsellor personality. Graduates receive a university certificate that enables them to be certified by the leading academic and professional association, the German Society for Supervision and Coaching (DGSv), as well as the inter-professional association, the German Society for Systemic Therapy, Counselling and Family Therapy (DGSF).
