On Friday, 15 November, from 14:00 to 16:00, Prof. Dr Michael Vilain from the Protestant University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt and Prof. Dr Jens Lüssem from the Kiel University of Applied Sciences will report on how robots will change everyday care. Their presentation is entitled "Smart care - smart future. Advantages and changes through digitalisation in care". To illustrate which tasks robots can take on, they will present the care robot Emma.
Afterwards, from 4.15 to 5.15 p.m., the C3L will provide information about the academic further education programme "Management and Leadership in the Social Economy". The one-year programme qualifies young managers from the care sector and the social economy on a part-time basis. The next intake begins in March 2020 and registration is open from 1 December.
