Together with the DAAD, the C3L is running the UNILEAD (University Leadership and Management Training) international continuing education programme for the 14th time. The programme starts in January 2022.
UNILEAD 2022 is aimed at young university managers from developing and emerging countries. The three modules "Project Management", "Strategic Management & Academic Leadership" and "Human Resource Management" are based on the MBA "Education and Science Management" programme. The aim of the programme is to carry out and sustainably implement an innovative reform project at the respective universities.

The call for the international programme UNILEAD (University Leadership and Management Training) has now been published! UNILEAD is offered by the Center for Lifelong Learning (C3)L and is being held for the 14th time. UNILEAD 2022 is aimed at young higher education managers from developing and emerging countries. Based on the MBA "Science and Education Management", the programme consists of three modules "Project Management", "Strategic Management & Academic Leadership" and "Human Resource Management". The objective of UNILEAD is to develop and sustainably implement an innovative reform project at the respective higher education institutions.
