Gemeinsam mit dem DAAD führt das C3L zum 14. Mal das internationale Weiterbildungsprogramm UNILEAD (University Leadership and Management Training) durch. Start ist Januar 2022.
UNILEAD 2022 richtet sich an junge Hochschulmanager aus Entwicklungs- und Schwellenländern. Anlehnend an den MBA „Bildungs- und Wissenschaftsmanagement“ werden die drei Module „Project Management“, „Strategic Management & Academic Leadership“ sowie „Human Resource Management“ durchgeführt. Ziel des Programms ist, ein innovatives Reformprojekt an den jeweiligen Hochschulen durchzuführen und nachhaltig zu implementieren.

The call for the international programme UNILEAD (University Leadership and Management Training) has now been published! UNILEAD is offered by the Center for Lifelong Learning (C3)L and is being held for the 14th time. UNILEAD 2022 is aimed at young higher education managers from developing and emerging countries. Based on the MBA "Science and Education Management", the programme consists of three modules “Project Management”, “Strategic Management & Academic Leadership” and “Human Resource Management”. The objective of UNILEAD is to develop and sustainably implement an innovative reform project at the respective higher education institutions.
