UNILEAD meeting in Bogotá
As part of the international UNILEAD programme, 16 university managers from Ecuador, Colombia and Peru are currently meeting to receive further training in project management and leadership. In addition to a very practice-oriented approach, the programme also focuses on networking with alumni. UNILEAD Colombia 2022 is being organised jointly with the Colombian Universidad del Rosario and the DAAD.
The University Leadership and Management Training Programme (UNILEAD) is a blended learning programme for young university management professionals from selected countries in Southeast Asia, North, Central and South America, North and Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. The programme focuses on project management, strategic management & academic leadership and human resource management as well as the development and implementation of individual and innovative projects in order to support participants in the development, design and implementation of innovative projects in the field of human resource and organisational development at their home institutions.
The programme is run by the University of Oldenburg and takes place in Oldenburg or irregularly in different countries or regions.
