We mourn the loss of our lecturer Frank Fischer

Frank Fischer worked for many years as a highly committed lecturer and coach with great charm and passion in our degree programmes. His death was extraordinarily sudden for everyone. He was torn from an active professional life with his ideas and projects far too early. We are still stunned and deeply saddened.

Frank Fischer was committed to many issues and people at the University of Oldenburg and especially at C3L: as a lecturer for students, as a consultant for numerous change projects within and outside the university and also as a trainer and coach for many people. With his knowledge and drive, he always wanted to change people and organisations for the better. He particularly enjoyed the practice-oriented teaching in our degree programmes.

In Frank Fischer, we are losing a very empathetic colleague who was always close to the students and staff of the university and was held in high esteem by all. Frank Fischer has left his mark on C3L, and we look back with gratitude on our time together.

Our sympathy goes out to Frank Fischer's family at this difficult time.
