With the "Case Management" university certificate, you will acquire the knowledge and skills to successfully manage service processes. Our further education programme is certified by the German Society for Care and Case Management(DGCC), which guarantees lasting quality assurance. Graduates who fulfil the relevant criteria receive a DGCC certificate confirming their qualification as a case manager following a successful examination. Upon graduation, you will also receive proof of qualification for care counselling in accordance with Section 7a SGB XI. We follow the recommendations of the GKV-Spitzenverband.

Participants learn about the cross-sectoral rehabilitation care process. They are enabled to assess the most important elements of complex care for affected people and to develop a customised care offer. Under the guidance of the lecturers, the participants will qualify as competent specialists who have a major influence on the success of the rehabilitation of the people affected.

How is the programme structured?

The programme consists of four learning sequences with a total of 480 teaching units. The Case Management and Interprofessional Communication sequences each last 30 weeks. The Social Law sequence lasts 22 weeks. Three fireside evenings provide you with impulses on the topics of rehabilitation, participation and care.
