Brief description and objectives
The project is dedicated to the main topics of the agenda zukunft.niedersachsen under the generic term "Shaping sustainable transformation" and adapts existing, established further education formats at the Centre for Lifelong Learning (C3L) of the CvO University of Oldenburg into target group-adapted, flexible formats.
The project aims to (re)qualify people who already have vocational qualifications and do not have a school-leaving certificate as well as people with migration and refugee experience in the academic field of energy transition and sustainability. The programmes will be available for self-study purely online as well as integrated into mentor-supported blended learning scenarios.
They will be systematically adapted and flexibly organised for the target groups mentioned, including establishing contact with companies via short internships and company visits.
The topics of energy transition, mobility transition and resource-conserving management will be combined and transferred into low-threshold learning modules as micro-credentials that can be recognised later.
Target group
Academic appointments without a higher education entrance qualification as well as people with migration and refugee experience and previous academic or professional experience.
