Agile project management – mindset and method
Organising projects successfully
Agility has become an indispensable buzzword in many companies. But what is behind this term in practice? Why are prejudices against agile projects - lack of commitment, working on demand, loss of focus - unjustified? And why can doing without absolute certainty make projects more successful and cost-effective?
The skills training provides an understanding of agile values, structures and communication tools. This enables participants to find their own individual way of building a successful, goal-oriented and motivating project organisation. They learn about specific approaches such as Scrum or Kanban and the organisational challenges associated with agility.
The learning materials will be made available via our C3LLO learning platform at the start of the skills training programme. The content forms the knowledge basis for the two workshops that take place in Oldenburg. In the course of the further education programme, a transfer task must be completed, which aims to transfer what you have learned to your own professional practice.
You should allow around 60 hours for reading, workshops and the transfer task. In the online phases before and after the workshop (input and transfer), participants can distribute the work flexibly over the duration of the course.
