Communication – competent and results-oriented
Convince with non-verbal techniques
Whether in conversations with colleagues, employees or the boss, in counselling situations or when dealing with customers - you always want to achieve something. This skills training course will show you how to do this respectfully and effectively.
Conversational situations are primarily determined by non-verbal interaction. If this relationship communication is right, the words and content are all the more effective. Participants in the skills training course will mainly use non-verbal techniques and visualisations to practise how to generate and focus attention, steer the conversation and de-escalate almost any situation. The aim is to explain better, be open and friendly in the relationship and clear on the matter.
When the skills training programme begins, the learning materials will be made available via our learning platform, C3LLO, where they can be viewed at any time. The content of the learning materials forms the (knowledge) basis for the workshop, which takes place at the University of Oldenburg on the C3L campus. Following the workshop, a transfer task must be completed. The online phases before and after the workshop (input and transfer) are designed to be asynchronous, i.e. participants can organise their time freely within the given framework. For reading the learning materials, participating in the workshop and successfully completing the transfer task, you should estimate a total workload of around 60 hours, most of which can be flexibly distributed over the six-week period.
