Self-efficacy and work-life balance in a dynamic working environment
Developing strategies with Ikigai and positive psychology
How do you manage to reconcile professional and private demands? The training teaches participants how to develop a future strategy for themselves based on scientifically sound models. In addition to positive psychology and New Work, the Japanese concept of Ikigai is also applied. It describes what gives us joy, fulfilment and meaning. Participants strengthen their self-efficacy through practical exercises, peer counselling and reflection phases. They learn to consciously organise their academic appointments and private lives and to harmonise them with a dynamic working environment.
The learning materials will be made available via our C3LLO learning platform at the start of the skills training programme. The content forms the knowledge basis for the two workshops that take place in Oldenburg. In the course of the further education programme, a transfer task must be completed, which aims to transfer what you have learned to your own professional practice.
You should allow around 60 hours for reading, workshops and the transfer task. In the online phases before and after the workshop (input and transfer), participants can distribute the work flexibly over the duration of the course.
