Digital business models

Develop revenue models and value creation architecture

Whether Amazon, Netflix or Spotify - digital technologies have enabled fundamentally new business models in recent years. New touchpoints as well as information and communication channels have fundamentally changed the rules of competition in many industries. As a result, many established companies have had to cede their market share to more innovative competitors.
In this module, you will learn how to develop and test digital components of business models and how to generate completely innovative models. All three main components of business models are covered: The value proposition to the customer, the value creation architecture and the revenue model.
