BRUKER WB 500

in operation since June 2016

This spectrometer is mainly used in solid-state mode. If required, it can be converted to high resolution.

Probe: PA TBO 500 W2/S4 BB H&F/P-D-05 Z

Triple configuration: ¹H and ¹⁹F on a single coil
X-coil
Additional ³¹P channel

¹H and ¹⁹F are on a single coil:
→ Heteronuclei (X) can be measured with ¹H decoupling OR ¹⁹F decoupling.
→ ¹H heteronuclei 2D measurements are possible. (e.g. ¹H¹³C HMQC)
→ ¹⁹F heteronucleus 2D measurements are possible. (e.g. ¹⁹F¹³C HMQC)
→ ¹⁹F CANNOT be measured decoupled from ¹H.
→ ¹H CANNOT be measured decoupled from ¹⁹F.

This probe has an additional phosphorus channel (triple configuration):
→ Heteronuclei (X) can be measured decoupled from ³¹P in addition to ¹H OR ¹⁹F.
→ ³¹P heteronucleus 2D measurements are possible (e.g. ³¹P¹³C HMQC) with or without further ¹H OR
¹⁹F decoupling (e.g. ³¹P¹³C{¹⁹F} HMQC)

Temperature experiments are possible from -40°C to +150°C. Care must be taken to select a suitable solvent.

For temperature measurements and experiments not carried out automatically, please make an appointment.
