This spectrometer is mainly used in solid-state mode. If required, it can be converted to high resolution.

Heteronuclei (X) coil
1H and 19F are located on the same coil:
→ Heteronuclei (X) can be measured with 1H-decoupling OR 19F-decoupling.
→ 1H heteronucleus (X) 2D measurements are possible (e.g. 1H 13C HMQC).
→ 19F heteronucleus (X) 2D measurements are possible (e.g. 19F 13C HMQC).
→ 19F CANNOT be measured with 1H decoupling.
→ 1H CANNOT be measured wtih 19F decoupling.
This probe is equipped with an additional phosphorus coil (triple configuration).
→ Heteronuclei (X) can be measured with 31P decoupling in addition to 1H OR 19F.
→ 31P heteronucleus 2D measurements are possible (e.g. 31P 13C HMQC) with or without further 1H OR 19F decoupling
(e.g. 31P 13C{19F} HMQC).
Temperature experiments can be carried out within a range from -40°C up to +150°C. Care must be taken to select a suitable solvent.
