The module provides basic knowledge in the following areas: Linguistic heterogeneity, multilingualism and German as a second language in educational contexts Language requirements of subject teaching Characteristics of and distinction between everyday language, educational language and subject-specific language Identification of educational language and subject-specific language skills Subject-specific language support and methods of language-sensitive teaching

- pb397 Philosophicum elementare: Argumentation, reflection and judgement formation for teachers
This lecture covers the basics of logic and argumentation as well as the necessary excerpts from epistemology and philosophy of science. It also shows how this content can be taught in school subjects that are not part of philosophy. Similarly, the necessary basics of ethics and political philosophy are presented in order to provide assistance for teaching them in school lessons.
The tutorials serve to follow up, deepen and supplement the lecture material.

- sow214 Politics in the multi-level system

The effects of different forms of organisation and political decision-making patterns are then discussed against the background of specific social traditions, before the interaction of political structures, political processes and political content is presented.
