This year's Future Day for Girls and Boys took place on 23 April 2026. There were a total of 39 thematically diverse and wide-ranging offers for girls and boys. On this day, over 300 pupils were able to find out about study and training opportunities at the University of Oldenburg. Among other things, the girls were given an insight into scientific research areas and the boys were able to explore the scientific methods and topics of the fields of work at the Institute of Material Culture or explore the library, for example.

We are currently in the midst of intensive preparations for Future Day 2027. Further information and details about the programme and registration will be published at the beginning of 2027.
