Blended learning - training concept
Recommendations for the design of teacher training courses at the Oldenburg Training Centre
This concept is intended to provide an orientation framework for the design of teacher training programmes in blended learning design. The concept is based on effective design features of teacher training programmes (Lipowsky, 2014), recommendations from media didactics (Kerres, 2005; 2009), the needs of teachers taking into account their job-specific characteristics (Rothland, 2013; Vogelpohl, 2023) and the project's internal research results and experiences with distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.
