Hendrik Thelken is a PhD researcher at the Centre for Sustainable Entrepreneurship at Campus Fryslân, University of Groningen. He is especially interested in cognitive aspects of sustainable entrepreneurial behavior. His work is therefore at the intersection of psychology, entrepreneurship and sustainability research. Exemplary research topics are intention formation in sustainable entrepreneurship and cognitive strategies for combining the triple bottom line or for solving goal conflicts related to that. Through his work he hopes to assist policy makers with stimulating the founding of sustainable enterprises and to generate practical insights for sustainable entrepreneurs on goal conflict management.
