If handled properly a cEEGrid can be re-used a few times. After removal, clean the grid very gently under running water. Afterwards put it into water for a little while (5 - 15 min). This facilitates subsequent removal of the adhesive. Try not to scratch the white insulation layer during removal and avoid touching the sensor surface. Do not rub the sensor surface, do not use any chemicals for cleaning. Dry the cleaned grid gently with a tissue and store it in a dark place, protected from light.

Now, test for the integrity of the circuitry by bridging all ten sensors with electrolyte gel and checking impedance.

If low impedance is confirmed for all channels, grids can be re-used.
