Oldenburg. More than 40 graduates of School V - School of Mathematics and Science at the University of Oldenburg were bid farewell at a ceremony on Friday, 21 June. Prof. Dr Meinhard Simon, Dean of the School, presented the graduates of the Bachelor's, Master's and Diplom degree programmes as well as the doctoral candidates with their certificates. Prof Dr Oliver Zielinski from the Institute of Chemistry and Biology of the Marine Environment (ICBM) gave the keynote speech entitled "More technology in the sea: modern marine research 24/7". In total, over 140 students have graduated from School V in the last six months.
