Nina Heiting
Since October 2023, Nina Heiting has been working as a research assistant in the future discourse "Democratisation of Innovation" and in the Wi-Ko-nova project (impact monitoring of co-innovation processes between students and companies), which is developing software to measure the impact of practice-oriented teaching modules, in particular challenge-based learning (CBL). Among other things, the project aims to accelerate knowledge transfer and evaluate the effects of learning and innovation.
In addition, her doctoral thesis will focus on the impact competence of female founders.
From 2018 to 2023, Nina Heiting studied for a Bachelor's degree in Geography and deepened her knowledge with a Master's degree in Economic Geography at Leibniz University Hannover. During her studies, she focused on the research area of sustainable and female entrepreneurship. Through her work at starting business, the start-up consultancy at Leibniz University, she gained insights into the start-up ecosystem.
