Recognition of school internships
A school internship can be recognised if the following criteria are met:
- Completion as part of a teacher training programme
- Duration: six weeks or more
- A suitable examination has been taken and passed
- The internship has been fully completed

Recognition of academic appointments as a teacher
Crediting of the practical time as part of the module prx102 is possible if
criteria are met. The preparatory course and examination must be completed at
.
The following criteria can lead to the practical phase being recognised:
- The professional activity takes place in the regular classroom of a school
- The activity lasts at least six months (correspondingly longer in the case of part-time employment)
- The activity took place no longer than one year ago
- The teaching activity was accompanied by other teachers or school management (e.g. through observations, lesson preparation and follow-up etc.).
The ASP core team is responsible for recognising academic appointments as a teacher. . Please describe your case in as much detail as possible!
Recognition of other practical experience
Other practical experience (voluntarily completed internships that are not related to a university education, other practical professional activities such as foreign language assistantships, taster internships, pure work shadowing internships, work in afternoon care or tutoring, work as a pedagogical assistant) cannot be counted as practical experience.
