We manufacture single-sided and double-sided PCBs for our orders ourselves, and in special casesalso for clients for testing purposes.

We have two processes at our disposal:

1. Etching process: Using iron dichloride, the superfluous copper areas are etched down so that only the required conductor tracks remain.
2. PCB milling process: The required conductor tracks are milled free using a milling cutter.

Through-hole plating of double-sided PCBs: For experimental and test purposes, we through-contact the PCBs with a conductive paste. It is not suitable for long-term operation and higher currents.

We use an engraving machine to produce our own front panels for our orders. All labelling, drill holes and recesses are designed and entered using a CAD programme on the PC. The machine then processes the material independently.
