The new "Next Level Leadership" further education programme at the University of Oldenburg is aimed at experienced managers. The part-time programme of the C3L - Center for Lifelong Learning provides in-depth knowledge in the areas of strategic thinking, innovation, communication, collaboration, adaptability and emotional intelligence. The further education programme started at the beginning of October 2023. The second round begins in autumn 2024.

Participants develop their individual leadership skills over a period of twelve months. During the further education programme, they also work on a personal development project of their own choosing, which is dedicated to current challenges in the company or in team management, for example. The participants are coached by experts from academia and practice. The newly acquired skills, innovative methods and tools can thus be applied directly in practice. The further education programme takes place mainly online as well as in one- to two-day workshops on site. On completion of the programme, participants receive a university certificate in accordance with international standards (Certificate of Advanced Studies).
