Legal issues relating to analogue and digital education

Evaluate questions from practice in a solution-orientated way

Whether in schools, universities or academic appointments - all formal educational activities are associated with legal issues. The module deals with the organisational legal framework as well as contractual relationships with teachers, learners and third parties. With regard to the content of educational programmes, data protection and data security, copyright and trademark law as well as the law of digital services are addressed. Creative Commons licences, open access, open source and open educational resources are also covered. The aim of the module: Participants will be able to check the applicability of regulations, categorise legal issues and assess them in a solution-oriented manner.
