You will learn which legal requirements and decision-making aids are relevant when founding a company and how financing with venture capital works. With your new expertise, you will be able to create a business model and a business plan step by step. On this basis, you will build up your own company or generate new business opportunities in existing companies.

The module is aimed at self-employed persons and employees in Business Administration who wish to further their education in entrepreneurship and work in the field of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.
