From the idea to a successful product

Discover the exciting world of starting a business! This module teaches you how to develop and implement innovations. You will learn which legal requirements and decision-making aids are relevant when founding a company and how financing with venture capital works. With your new expertise, you will be able to create a business model and a business plan step by step. On this basis, you will build up your own company or generate new business opportunities in existing companies.
