This module teaches you the relevant key points of national and international sports and association law. This will enable you to take into account the elementary links between sport, business and law in your academic appointments. It covers national and international sports jurisdiction, media rights, labour law, doping and criminal law, as well as EU law and sport. Liability and insurance as well as sponsorship and event marketing are also covered.

The module is aimed at professionals who work in sports and association law or would like to enter these areas.

You can take the module as certified further education or as part of the part-time Bachelor's degree programme in Business Administration. It concludes with a Certificate of Advanced Studies. The certificate is fully recognised for the Bachelor's degree programme. So you can start your studies without enrolment!
