Organisation and personnel

Human resources - a key factor for value creation

In Human Resource Management, you play a decisive role in the success of the company. This module teaches you how to recruit, integrate and deploy employees correctly. You will learn what is important in personnel planning and how to forecast and manage employee performance. Your new know-how will also cover legal issues relating to recruitment procedures and employment contracts, as well as the rights and obligations of employers and employees. Because companies are characterised by shared values and norms, the topic of organisational culture is also discussed.
