Learn how to increase the skills of your employees and promote talent in a targeted manner. In times of skills shortages and demographic change, this is more important than ever. You will learn everything you need to know about the framework conditions, objectives, content, methods and tools for successful HR development. This will enable you to empower employees to keep pace with constantly changing requirements.

The module is aimed at self-employed persons and employees in business management fields of work who would like to undergo further training in personnel development or become active in this area.
