Increase the success of your company through targeted strategic decisions! In a constantly changing and complex environment, it is more important than ever to take the right measures to ensure long-term success. Our module provides you with the necessary knowledge and the right tools to make strategic decisions at all levels of your company.

As part of our module, you will learn about the most important models and concepts of strategic analysis and planning processes and can apply them directly in your company. Learn how to strategically align your business units, find suitable product-market combinations and optimise the use of resources.

You will also learn how to successfully work international markets and take into account the specifics of culture, economy and purchasing behaviour. You will be able to optimally position your company for the international market through marketing-orientated environmental analysis, strategic business area planning and goal-oriented strategies.
