Requirements for bringing forward Master's modules in accordance with the examination regulations

M.Ed. Primary School

In accordance with § 10 of the general part of the examination regulations for the M.Ed. Grundschule, the following applies:
On proposal, students of the corresponding Bachelor's degree programmes can take Master's modules early and complete module examinations of generally up to a total of 30 credit points if they
a) have acquired at least 120 credit points in the Bachelor's degree programme and
b) have successfully completed all basic modules.
The Master's modules Practical Phase (prx560/prx561/prx562) and the Project Volume (prx566) are excluded from being brought forward.

 

M.Ed. Hauptschule/Realschule

In accordance with Section 10 of the general part of the examination regulations for the M.Ed. Hauptschule/Realschule, the following applies:
On proposal, students of the corresponding Bachelor's degree programmes can take Master's modules early and complete module examinations of up to a total of 30 credit points if they
a) have acquired at least 120 credit points in the Bachelor's degree programme and
b) have successfully completed all basic modules.
The Master's modules Practical Phase (prx560/prx561/prx562) and the Project Volume (prx566) are excluded from the early completion.

 

M.Ed. Gymnasium

b) have successfully completed all basic modules in the subject of Business Studies. .

In accordance with § 10 of the general part of the examination regulations for the M.Ed. in Special Needs Education, the following applies:
On proposal, students of the corresponding Bachelor's degree programmes can take Master's modules and module examinations of up to a total of 30 credit points ahead of time if they
a) have acquired at least 120 credit points in their Bachelor's degree programme and
b) have registered their Bachelor's thesis and
c) have successfully completed all basic modules in the subject of Special Needs Education. .

Master's degree programmes of School III (e.g. M.A. German Studies and M.A. DaF/DaZ)

In accordance with § 9 of the general part of the examination regulations for the master's degree programmes of Faculty III, the following applies:
Upon justified proposal, students of the corresponding Bachelor's degree programmes may take Master's modules early and complete module examinations of generally up to a total of 30 credit points if they have earned at least 120 credit points in their Bachelor's degree programme and have completed their Bachelor's thesis in the subject from which Master's modules are to be taken early.
