1. access to the library via the bridge on level 2 is only permitted to persons who are employed by the university,
2. access authorisation is limited to the opening hours of the library,
3. library items may only be taken out of the library after they have been borrowed from the circulation desk,
4. access is authorised centrally by Division 4.

For this purpose, the form to be used for this purpose has been updated and I would ask you to use it for proposals for access to the library with immediate effect. The applicant and the Director of the Department of Computing Science will sign the form and forward it to the BIS office. After countersignature, the office will forward it to Division 4 for centralised activation.
