Students who come without a teacher and wish to take leave of absence from their school can have a certificate of attendance issued at the information day.

The student information day takes place at the Haarentor campus of the University of Oldenburg in the lecture hall centre A14.

• You can reach the campus by public transport using bus routes 306, 310 and 324.

• By car to the Haarentor campus

  Coming from the Oldenburg-Ost motorway junction, take the A28 towards Emden/Leer.
  Leave the motorway at the Haarentor exit and turn right at the traffic lights onto Ammerländer Heerstraße.
  At the first set of traffic lights (after approx. 400m), turn left into Haarenfeld, from where you will reach the Haarenfeld multi-storey car park on the right.
  

  You can also turn left into Uhlhornsweg at the second set of traffic lights (after approx. 800 metres). From Uhlhornsweg, you will reach further parking facilities if you turn left at the zebra crossing after crossing under the bridge.
