Anne Paschke is a university professor of public law, technology law and the law of digitalisation at the Technical University of Braunschweig. There, she is also Director of the Institute for Law and Head of the Mobility Law Research Centre.
Research and work focus
Her research focus is on the law of digitalisation, e-commerce, data protection law, media law and IT security law with numerous articles, textbook and handbook contributions.
