Working between home and office

Project duration: March 2021 - July 2022

In the project Working between home and office, we are focussing intensively on the topic of working from home. The future discourse sponsored by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science focuses in particular on the design of company agreements as well as training and further education programmes for good working from home. Scientific expertise is combined with practical experience from companies and institutions in order to optimise company regulations. After all, working from home will continue to be very important even after the coronavirus pandemic.

At the end of the project, two workshops will be held with company stakeholders (management, works and Staff Councils, trade unions, etc.) on the two topics of company regulations and further education. Surveys on practical experience with home office models will serve as preparation.

All companies and organisations in the north-west region are invited to take part in the events and surveys. If you have any suggestions, questions or requests on the subject of working from home, please do not hesitate to contact us.
