Print workshop
In the rooms of the printmaking workshop, the practical examination of classic graphic techniques takes place.
Traditional proof rollers, letterpresses, etching presses and a variety of other printing devices can be used. The workshop also teaches the technique of screen printing.
Some of the printing techniques taught can be combined well and invite experimental work.
The printing workshop is open to Institute students once a week.
Printing techniques that can be learnt and practised in the workshop:
Letterpress printing: woodcut, linocut, hand typesetting
Intaglio printing: drypoint
Planographic printing: lithography from stone
Through-printing: screen printing

1 paper cutting machine
Wood workshop
The wood workshop is equipped with standard woodworking tools.
The wood workshop is open to Institute students once a week (similar to the open workshop hours of the printing workshop). If you have any questions, please contact the student assistant or the workshop manager.
