Exciting projects, hands-on activities and information on Computing Science degree programmes await visitors at the Computing Science Information Day.
The highlights of this year’s Information Day are the STEM Computing Science Trail and the STEM Future Box from the National Pact for Women in STEM Professions (STEM stands for: Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). In addition, pupils from KGS Rastede will be presenting Lego robots they have programmed themselves, which they used to take part in the regional FIRST LEGO League competition. Prospective students, pupils from Year 9 onwards and teachers can find out more on Monday, 5 March 2012, 9.00 am to 1.00 pm, find out about the Computing Science degree programmes and how to gain entry to the course (even without Abitur) (Haarentor campus, Lecture Theatre Centre A14).
