Prof. Dr Anke Spies, an educational scientist at the Institute of Educational Sciences, will open the interdisciplinary series of lectures ‘Early Childhood Education’ with a lecture on early childhood and primary education. The lecture will take place on Wednesday, 18 April, 6.15 pm, at the University of Oldenburg (Haarentor campus, A01 0-008).
The public lecture series is organised by lecturers from the University of Oldenburg, the Centre for Lifelong Learning (C3L) and the Centre for Teaching and Learning (diz). The lectures are aimed at educational professionals and teachers from primary schools and nursery schools, as well as students on teaching degree programmes and those studying educational science.In a total of 14 lectures, the speakers will address current issues in early years and primary education, focusing on topics relating to children’s and early years’ education from the perspectives of educational science, specialised knowledge and subject didactics.
