Biology (IBU) and ICBM students who are at least in their third semester at the start of the Erasmus+ study abroad programme and would like to spend up to twelve months abroad at an Erasmus+ partner university of our university. In addition to the partner universities in the field of biology (University of Southern Denmark (Sonderborg), University of Jyväskylä , University of Verona , Pablo de Olavide University (Sevilla), Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Terrassa)), ICBM partner universities are also available for selection.

Required application documents:

• completed PDF of the Erasmus online application
• Letter of motivation
• Overview of grades
• Proof of the required language skills
• Selection of modules to be studied abroad. The recognition of these modules must be agreed before the stay abroad with the study coordinator Dr Birgit Vollrath before your stay abroad.

Please submit your documents to me by 1 February at the latest for the winter semester and by 15 May at the latest for the summer semester. Please note that the start of the semester at the various universities may differ significantly from our dates.

Erasmus+ exchange places are allocated after all applications received have been reviewed. I would be very happy to talk to you in person beforehand.
