This interactive workshop will focus on heart-healthy fat quality and the effect of fibre on our fat metabolism. How can cholesterol levels be lowered naturally? What is the importance of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids? What are hydrogenated fats and why should we avoid them as much as possible? How do we recognise heart-healthy fat quality and what can we look out for when shopping?
We will collect numerous ideas for implementation in everyday life that will whet our appetite for a happy, fresh diet.
